Bre is a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, feminine embodiment guide, and Reiki teacher devoted to helping women return home to themselves — back to wholeness, truth, and love. As the co-founder of Her Sacred Rebirth retreats, she weaves together the sacred and the science of the breath, guiding others into deep states of release, remembrance, and inner liberation.
